Common use of Death or personal injury Clause in Contracts

Death or personal injury. Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit the liability of any Party Liable for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Party Liable or any of its officers, employees or agents, and the Party Liable shall indemnify and keep indemnified the other Parties and their officers, employees and agents, from and against all such liability and any loss or liability which such other Parties may suffer or incur by reason of any claim on account of death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Party Liable or any of its officers, employees or agents.
