Death Sentence. Should the Life Assured be executed as a result of a judicial sentence for a criminal act he committed prior or within the first two years from the effective date, the liability of the Company shall be limited to the amount of the mathematical reserve of this Contract (i.e. the proportional contribution paid in advance and not due because of the earlier death of the Life Assured).
Death Sentence. The System will indicate if an offender is serving a death sentence.
Death Sentence. War and Terrorism risks Direct or indirect consequences of war, warlike operations (whether war is declared or not, conventional, biological, chemical or nuclear), invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities, acts of terrorism, terrorist sabotage, rebellion, mutiny, riot, civil commotion, political or civil unrest, civil war, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, martial law, embargo, piracy, or any act committed by any person or persons for the purpose of overthrowing a government by violent force or to influence political decision making. Terrorism (suspected or proven) shall be understood to include the consequences of hostage taking, drive-by shootings, planting of bombs, and other forms of physical violence.
