Criminal Act. My conviction of a felony or any material violation of any federal or state securities law (whether by plea of nolo contendere or otherwise) or my being enjoined from violating any federal or state securities law or being determined to have violated any such law.
Criminal Act. Employment on the Project by the Design Professional, or any of its subcontractors, or any employee, or independent contractor, with any prior convictions of any crimes against children, crimes of violence or crimes of moral turpitude will not be tolerated.
