Common use of Debarment Certification Clause in Contracts

Debarment Certification. The Contractor, by signature to this contract, certifies that the Contractor is not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible or voluntarily excluded from participating in this contract or any program agreement by any federal, state or local government or agency or by any special district.
