By signing this Contract, the Contractor certifies to the best of its knowledge and belief that it and all persons associated with the Contract, including persons or corporations who have critical influence on or control over the Contract, are not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation by any federal department or agency.
