DEBARMENT, SUSPENSION, INELIGIBILITY AND VOLUNTARY EXCLUSION. Federal money will be used or may potentially be used to pay for all or part of the work under the Contract, therefore Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with federal requirements on debarment, suspension, ineligibility and voluntary exclusion specified in the solicitation document implementing Executive Order 12549. Contractor’s certification is a material representation upon which the Contract award was based. Contingency Fees Prohibited.
