Debentureholders' Lists. The Company covenants and agrees that it will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee, semiannually, not more than fifteen (15) days after each June 1 and December 1 in each year beginning with December 1, 2003, and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within thirty (30) days after receipt by the Company of any such request (or such lesser time as the Trustee may reasonably request in order to enable it to timely provide any notice to be provided by it hereunder), a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the holders of Debentures as of a date not more than fifteen (15) days (or such other date as the Trustee may reasonably request in order to so provide any such notices) prior to the time such information is furnished, except that no such list need be furnished by the Company to the Trustee so long as the Trustee is acting as the sole Debenture Registrar.

The Company agrees that it will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee, semi-annually, not more than fifteen days after each record date relating to any series of Debentures, or if any series has no record date, not more than fifteen days after January 1 and July 1 in each year, and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing within thirty days after receipt by the Company of any such request, a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the holders of the applicable series of Debentures, as of a date not more than fifteen days prior to the time such information is furnished; provided, however, that so long as the Trustee shall be the Debenture registrar for a series, no such list for a series need be furnished.
Debentureholders' Lists. If and so long as the Trustee shall not be the Debenture registrar, the Company will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the holders of the Debentures pursuant to Section 312 of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 (a) not more than 15 days after each record date for the payment of semi-annual interest on the Debentures (as specified in Section 2.03 hereof), as of such record date, and (b) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within thirty days after receipt by the Company of any such request, such information to be as of a date not more than fifteen days prior to the time such information is furnished.
Debentureholders' Lists. The Company covenants and agrees that it will at all times maintain, or cause its transfer agent to maintain, a list of the names and addresses of the holders of Debentures, in as current a form as is reasonably practicable.
