Common use of Debit Card Funding Service Description Clause in Contracts

Debit Card Funding Service Description. On a limited basis, the Bank may offer customers the option to complete the initial funding of their eligible digitally opened checking account using a debit card issued by a U.S. financial institution. The Debit Card Funding Service is offered through one or more Service Providers that we have engaged to render some or all of the Debit Card Funding Service to you on our behalf. You agree that we have the right under this Agreement to delegate to Service Providers all of the rights and performance obligations that we have under this Agreement. Your use of the Bank’s Debit Card Funding Service is governed by the terms and conditions of this Online Banking Agreement, and your enrollment in our Online Banking Service and use of our Debit Card Funding Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions.
