Debit Card Not Present Transactions. If you initiate a transaction without presenting your Debit Card (such as for a mail order, internet or telephone purchase or an ACH debit), the legal effect will be the same as if you used the Debit Card itself. For security reasons, the amount or number of such transactions you may make may be limited.
