Common use of Debris Disposal and Diversion Clause in Contracts

Debris Disposal and Diversion. Contractor shall promptly remove and properly dispose all debris materials from the work site. In all cases, material disposal shall comply with all applicable Federal, state, and local laws. Contractor shall perform demolition work in a manner that maximizes salvage, recycling, reuse, and landfill diversion of all debris materials. Contractor shall track and report all C&D disposal and diversion quantities using the major debris categories in Table 2 of the U.S. Army xxxxxx, X.X. Army policy, Requirements for Sustainable Management of Waste in Military Construction, Renovation, and Demolition Activities, dated 05 July 2006.
