DISPOSAL OF WASTE MATERIAL. Purchaser may sidecast waste material on side slopes up to 45% if the waste material is compacted and free of organic debris. On side slopes greater than 45%, all waste material must be end hauled or pushed to the designated embankment sites and waste areas not excluded in Clause 4-38 PROHIBITED WASTE DISPOSAL AREAS. Purchaser shall not deposit waste material in the following areas:  Within 50 feet of a cross drain culvert.  Within 100 feet of a live stream or wetland.  Within a riparian management zone.  On side slopes steeper than 45%.  In locations that interfere with the construction of the road prism.  In locations that impede drainage.  Against standing timber.
DISPOSAL OF WASTE MATERIAL. At the conclusion of work each day, Contractor shall gather and lawfully dispose of all empty boxes, bags, damaged containers and plug trays, garbage, and other waste material in a manner acceptable to District. Contractor shall return plant containers in acceptable working condition to the designated District location in Washington County, Oregon.

Blade will be equipped with skid shoes to prevent loss of surfacing and damage to the road bed. On gravel and nat ive surface roads, a minimum two (2) - inch depth compacted snow mat will be maintained on the roadbed during blading. 2. Snow shall be removed from the entire road width, including turnouts. 3. Snow berms will be reduced at road intersect ions where plowed road segements join unplowed road segments. Reduce the piled snow in the roadway to create a smooth transition from plowed road to normal snow depth.

If any kind of waste is found disposed off on Maha-Metro land or premises a penalty/fine of Rs. 5000/- per instance shall be imposed by Maha-Metro for each occasion.

  • Dangerous Goods You warrant that the Goods do not include any firearms or goods which are or may become of a dangerous, corrosive, highly combustible, explosive, damaging or noxious nature nor likely to encourage any vermin or pest unless You have disclosed to Us in writing the presence and nature of any such items prior to them being made available to Us for loading or storage. We may refuse to remove or store such items. If We discover any article or substance of this nature after the Goods have been received by Us, We may take any reasonable action, including destruction or disposal, as We may think fit without incurring any liability to You.

  • NOISE/WASTE The Tenant agrees not to commit waste on the premises, maintain, or permit to be maintained, a nuisance thereon, or use, or permit the premises to be used, in an unlawful manner. The Tenant further agrees to abide by any and all local, county, and State noise ordinances.
