Decisions of the Board. A decision of the single Arbitrator or the majority decision of the Arbitration Board or in the absence of a majority decision, the decision of the Chairperson shall be final and binding on the employee(s) concerned and the parties to this Agreement and shall be forwarded to the parties within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of the hearing.
