Common use of Declining Enrolment - Work Reduction Clause in Contracts

Declining Enrolment - Work Reduction. If it is necessary to reduce the hours of work as a result of declining enrollment, employees whose hours are reduced by ten (10) hours or more per pay period, during any given fiscal year (July 1 to June 30), shall be considered to have suffered a layoff as per the terms of this agreement.
