DECOMMISSIONING AND RECOVERY. Subject to the election of one or more Parties under Clause 7, the Operator shall decommssion the Operations and Joint Property in accordance with the Licences, the Acts, any applicable laws and good oil and gas field practice. The Operator shall recover and endeavour to dispose of as much of the Joint Property not taken over by a party or parties pursuant to Clause 7 as the Operating Committee directs can be economically and reasonably recovered, and the net proceeds [or net costs] thereof shall be credited [or debited as appropriate] to the Joint Account.

  • PIPELINE SERVICE FUND The Employer shall deduct from each employee covered by this Agreement twenty-five cents ($0.25) for each hour of work earned and remit it monthly to the Pipeline Service Fund.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer's installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. If the Interconnection Customer is not proceeding under Section 2.3.2, the Utility must be given at least ten (10) Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Weighing and Scaling Costs Purchaser agrees to pay for all weighing costs for logs delivered regardless if logs are purchased on a weight or scale basis. In addition, Purchaser agrees to pay for all scaling costs for logs delivered on a scale basis. Purchaser also agrees to pay for all costs associated with the transmission and reporting of scale or weight data.
