Dedicated Resources. Labor • The Service Provider employs Electricians and other technical personnel trained to perform the scope of normal in-house services defined in this Agreement. Approximately 8 man- hours average per week are dedicated to this work by personnel of the Service Provider. All personnel with duties related to the communications infrastructure also have other work responsibilities. The employment, assignment, coordination and oversight of work performed in support of the communications system is the responsibility of Operations Management.
