Dedicated Street Construction Sample Clauses
Dedicated Street Construction. Construction of all Dedicated Streets including improvements within the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ rights-of-way and any other right(s)-of-way dedicated pursuant to any future replat(s) of the Development Area.
Dedicated Street Construction. Construction of all Dedicated Streets, as shown on the Streets and Walks exhibit attached as Exhibit C, including improvements within the (1) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road right-of-way and (2) ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ right-of-way.
Dedicated Street Construction. One hundred percent (100%) of the Entire Cost of all Dedicated Street construction shall be paid by special assessment against the Property Specially Benefited, excluding any Property Specially Benefited outside the corporate limits of DISTRICT, except that the following Costs may be borne by general obligation of DISTRICT:
i. One hundred percent (100%) of the Cost of the concrete paving and construction of Street Intersections;
ii. One hundred percent (100%) of the Cost differential for pavement thickness in excess of six inches (6”) for reinforced concrete or seven inches (7”) for plain concrete;
iii. One hundred percent (100%) of the Cost differential for pavement width in excess of twenty-five feet (25’) inclusive of curb and gutters;
iv. One hundred percent (100%) of the Cost of the improvements for the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Termination;
v. One hundred percent (100%) of the Cost of the improvements for the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Termination;
vi. One hundred percent (100%) of the Cost of the improvements for ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇;
vii. One hundred percent (100%) of the Cost of the improvements to Gold Coast Road; and
viii. One hundred percent (100%) of the Cost of the improvements to Highway 50; and
ix. One hundred percent (100%) of the Cost of the improvements to the intersection of Gold Coast Road and Highway 50. The Cost for curb and gutters are incidental to paving and shall not be considered separately for purposes of assessment.

Dedicated Street Construction. Construction of all Dedicated Streets, including any improvements within ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ rights- of-way and the intersection of such rights-of-way including the intersection of S 90th Street, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Trail, S Fillmore Street, and Gruenther Road. For the purposes of this Agreement, the Construction of all Dedicated Streets shall specifically include the future widening of S ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and any future reconstruction of the intersection of S 90th Street, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Trail, S Fillmore Street, and Gruenther Road.
Dedicated Street Construction. iv. One hundred percent (100%) of the Cost of the paving of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ identified as “Major Paving – ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ (▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇)” in the Source and Use of Funds when construction of such third lane is deemed Warranted. The Cost for curb and gutters are incidental to paving and shall not be considered separately for purposes of assessment.

Construction of all Dedicated Streets, as shown on the Streets and Walks exhibit attached hereto as Exhibit C, which explicitly includes the construction of the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Termination (“145th Street Termination Improvements”), the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Termination (“147th Street Termination Improvements”), and any turn lane(s) associated with the intersection of Gold Coast Road and Highway 50.
