Lighting System. The “Lighting System” for any Dedicated Streets to be constructed and installed by OPPD within the boundaries of any Dedicated Street right-of-way within the Development Area, including any decorative, ornamental, or other lighting not conforming to CITY standards but which has been specifically approved by CITY.

Lighting system shall have a minimum of fourteen (14) specials, four (4) (including 2 white) on each lead vocalist, two (2) for keyboard, two (2) for horns, two (2) for drums, and enough color washes to provide a well-lit stage. Specials should be used to highlight individual musicians when they solo, as well as general washes, preferably dramatic colors and orientations. Requested gels are: red, violet, amber, blue, green, yellow. The show needs intense colors shifting gradually throughout. A Lighting Cue set list for lights engineer has colors specified for each tune and will be given to engineer before the show. Spot lights will be indicated in Lighting Cue. 2. Lighting console shall have a minimum of fourteen (14) channels of fader control with eight (8) manual presets. 3. Lighting console shall be placed near house console for adequate view of stage unless another location is already resident. 4. Means of communication between house sound engineer and lighting engineer is appreciated.

Lighting System. When Purchaser is providing lighting or in-house lighting is to be used, the provided lighting system must be approved by the Road Manager prior to approval of offer. In every case, Purchaser shall provide two (2) Xenon Super-Trooper follow-spots, or a comparable unit, with experienced operators. The operators shall have worked at least 10 major events. These spots shall have frames capable of handling six (6) various colors to be assigned by the Road Manager. For any performance where “IMAG” or other video production is to be used, “Color Correction” must be provided for each spot.
