Dedicated Systems Development Team. The Funds shall jointly pay $275,000.00 annually for a dedicated systems development team consisting of 1.5 programmers, .5 system manager and .5 BSA. In the event that the Funds desire to discontinue this service, the Funds shall provide FDISG 60 days written notice.
