Common use of Dedicated Transport Clause in Contracts

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhone, including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhone. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (Entrance Facilities).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhoneMRC, including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneMRC. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone MRC unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhone, including PLI. Including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhonePLI. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone PLI unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities Dedicated Transport that do does not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone CCI unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities Dedicated Transport that do does not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone AFN unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (Entrance Facilities).

Including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneAFN. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone AFN unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities Dedicated Transport that do does not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone BCFL unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities Dedicated Transport that do does not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhone, including NationsLine. Including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneNationsLine. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone NationsLine unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities Dedicated Transport that do does not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhoneSprint, including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneSprint. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone Sprint unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (Entrance Facilities). BellSouth shall provide unbundled access to DS1, DS3 and dark fiber Dedicated Transport except as otherwise set forth in this Section 6.

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhoneMCI, including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneMCI. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone MCI unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities).Facilities”).‌

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhoneUS South, including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneUS South. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone US South unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhone, including TCG. Including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneTCG. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone TCG unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities Dedicated Transport that do does not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhoneXxxxx 0, including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneLevel 3. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone Level 3 unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhone, including Access Point. Including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneAccess Point. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone Access Point unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities Dedicated Transport that do does not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneFreedom. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone Freedom unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities Dedicated Transport that do does not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhone, including ProNet. Including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneProNet. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone ProNet unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities Dedicated Transport that do does not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhoneCinergy, including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneCinergy. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone Cinergy unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhoneEZ Communications, including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneEZ Communications. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone EZ Communications unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (Entrance Facilities).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhoneNexus, including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneNexus. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 3.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone Nexus unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhone, including Starlink. Including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneStarlink. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone Starlink unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities Dedicated Transport that do does not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhoneHome Telecom, including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneHome Telecom. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone Home Telecom unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhone, including Comcast Phone. Including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneComcast Phone. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone Comcast Phone unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do does not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhoneQuality Telephone, including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneQuality Telephone. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone Quality Telephone unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhoneBirch, including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneXxxxx. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone Birch unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (Entrance Facilities).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhoneNationNET, including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneNationNET. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone NationNET unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (Entrance Facilities).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhoneGSC, including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneGSC. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone GSC unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhone, including Xxxx. Including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneXxxx. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone Xxxx unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities Dedicated Transport that do does not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneGrande. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone Grande unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities Dedicated Transport that do does not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhoneNexus, including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneNexus. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone Nexus unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhone, including UTI. Including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneUTI. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone UTI unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities Dedicated Transport that do does not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhoneGlobal Dialtone, including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneGlobal Dialtone. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone Global Dialtone unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhonePBT, including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhonePBT. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone PBT unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone Kinetix unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhoneDeltaCom, including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneDeltaCom. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone DeltaCom unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhone, including Think 12. Including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneThink 12. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone Think 12 unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities Dedicated Transport that do does not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhoneTeraBlue, including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneTeraBlue. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone TeraBlue unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (Entrance Facilities).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhone, including ONS. Including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneONS. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone ONS unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities Dedicated Transport that do does not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhoneU-Dial, including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneU-Dial. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone U-Dial unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhoneCommuniGroup, including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneCommuniGroup. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone CommuniGroup unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (Entrance Facilities).

Dedicated Transport is defined as BellSouth’s transmission facilities between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth, or between wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth and switches owned by NewPhoneConnectNow!, including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneConnectNow!. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone ConnectNow! unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (Entrance Facilities).

In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone Midwestern unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone INET unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities Dedicated Transport that do does not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Including but not limited to DS1, DS3 and OCn level services, as well as dark fiber, dedicated to NewPhoneLightning. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone Lightning unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities Dedicated Transport that do does not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

Dedicated Transport. BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone Southern Digital unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities that do not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).

BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to OCn level Dedicated Transport under any circumstances pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, except as set forth in Section 5.2 6.2 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide to NewPhone FPB unbundled access to interoffice transmission facilities Dedicated Transport that do does not connect a pair of wire centers or switches owned by BellSouth (“Entrance Facilities”).
