Deductibles and Co-Insurance. Medicare or other insurers may require a deductible and/or co-insurance payment to the Center. The Resident agrees to meet these obligations and understands that the payment obligations under this Agreement include such payments.

Deductibles and Co-Insurance. All co-payments must be paid at the time of service. This arrangement is part of your agreement with your insurance company. Failure on our part to collect co-payments, deductibles, and co-insurance from patients can be considered fraud. Please assist us in upholding the law by paying your insurance costs at each visit. Self-pay Services: Self pay patients will receive our self-pay discounts tailored to each service. All charges must be paid in full at time of services rendered. If you have any questions or concerns regarding specific charges or discounts, please ask our staff members prior to receiving services to assure both parties are aware of what will need to be collected on the date of service.
Deductibles and Co-Insurance. We will verify your insurance benefits, and at the time of service, you will be expected to pay a deposit towards an estimated owed amount. Following your appointment, as a courtesy, we will bill your insurance company, and any patient responsibility portions are to be paid upon first receipt of your patient statement. If you have questions regarding any amount owed after insurance has processed your claim, please contact them immediately.

  • Deductibles and Self-Insurance Retentions Any deductibles or self-insured retentions must be declared to and approved by the City. The City may require the Consultant to provide proof of ability to pay losses and related investigation, claims administration and defense expenses within the deductible or self-insured retention. The deductible or self-insured retention may be satisfied by either the named insured or the City.

  • Deductibles The Department shall be exempt from, and in no way liable for, any sums of money representing a deductible in any insurance policy. The payment of such deductible shall be the sole responsibility of the Grantee providing such insurance.

  • Insurance The Company and the Subsidiaries are insured by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as are prudent and customary in the businesses in which the Company and the Subsidiaries are engaged, including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance coverage. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business without a significant increase in cost.
