Deductibles and Preexisting Conditions. As of the U.S. Benefit Transition Date or Applicable Transfer Date, Fortrea will cause the Fortrea Spinoff Welfare Plans to recognize all amounts applied to deductibles, co-payments and out-of- pocket maximums with respect to Fortrea Employees under the corresponding Labcorp Welfare Plan during the plan year in which the U.S. Benefit Transition Date or the Applicable Transfer Date (as applicable) occurs, and the Fortrea Spinoff Welfare Plans will not impose any limitations on coverage for preexisting conditions other than such limitations as were applicable under the corresponding Labcorp Welfare Plan prior to the U.S. Benefit Transition Date or the Applicable Transfer Date (as applicable).
