Deductibles and Self-Insurance Retentions. If the Shared Insurance Policies have either (A) an aggregate deductible or self-insurance retention or (B) an individual deductible or self-insurance retention that applies to each Insured Claim, and the parties (or members of their respective Groups) both have claims under such policy for the same occurrence, then the parties agree that the applicable deductible or self-insurance retention will be borne by the parties in the same proportion as the Insurance Proceeds received by each such party bears to the aggregate Insurance Proceeds received by the parties under the applicable Shared Insurance Policy.
