Deductibles, Coinsurance Penalties, & Self. Insured Retention Engineer shall agree to be fully and solely responsible for any costs or expenses as a result of a coverage deductible, coinsurance penalty, or self-insured retention; including any loss not covered because of the operation of such deductible, coinsurance penalty, or self-insured retention.

  • Deductible An annual deductible of fifty dollars ($50) per person and one hundred fifty dollars ($150) per family applies to State Dental Plan non-preventive services received from in-network providers. An annual deductible of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) per person applies to State Dental Plan services received from out of network providers. The deductible must be satisfied before coverage begins.

  • Deductibles and Self-Insurance Retentions Any deductibles or self-insured retentions must be declared to and approved by the City. The City may require the Consultant to provide proof of ability to pay losses and related investigation, claims administration and defense expenses within the deductible or self-insured retention. The deductible or self-insured retention may be satisfied by either the named insured or the City.

  • Coinsurance After the deductible is satisfied, seventy percent (70%) coverage up to the plan out-of-pocket maximum designated below.

If coverage limits are provided through excess/umbrella liability policies, then a Schedule of underlying insurance listing policy information for all underlying insurance policies (insurer, policy number, policy term, coverage and limits of insurance), including proof that the excess/umbrella insurance follows form must be provided after renewal and/or upon request.

  • Insurance Benefits Borrower shall cooperate with Lender in obtaining for Lender the benefits of any Insurance Proceeds lawfully or equitably payable in connection with the Property, and Lender shall be reimbursed for any expenses incurred in connection therewith (including reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements, and the payment by Borrower of the expense of an appraisal on behalf of Lender in case of a fire or other casualty affecting the Property or any part thereof) out of such Insurance Proceeds.
