Deduction Authorization. The ability of a bargaining unit employee to revoke their written, electronic or recorded oral dues deduction authorization shall be determined by the terms and conditions of such specific dues deduction authorization. Union shall notify Employer thirty (30) days prior to implementing any material change in such deduction authorization(s) and provide Employer with new blank written deduction authorizations, as necessary.
