Deduction Errors/Issues. If dues are deducted and remitted to the NSEA Treasurer in accordance with the procedure specified in this Article, NSCPA shall be solely responsible in the event of any claims that the deductions and/or remissions were improper. NSCPA shall indemnify and hold Employer harmless from any claims arising out of a deduction made in accordance with provisions of this Article.
