The purpose of this fee will be to offset the employee's per capita cost of services rendered by the 15th association as a majority representative. As covered by statue, employees may appeal for the recovery of the portion of the fee intended for the aid or activities or causes of a partisan, political, or ideological nature only incidentally related to terms and conditions of employment.
