Deductions from Sick Leave. 9.4.1 A deduction shall be made from the Sick Leave bank for all time absent on account of sick leave as defined in Article 9.1 and Emergency/Family Care Leave as defined in Article 9.6. Leave will be calculated in accordance with Article 9.3.
