Deed Restriction, Access and Operations & Maintenance Agreement. A. Property Owner, at its expense, shall record against the Property a deed restriction or easement agreement in the form of the Operations & Maintenance Agreement for Stormwater Management Practices attached as Exhibit C, which shall run with the land and ensure maintenance and care of the Project for its useful life or 45 years, whichever is longer.
