Common use of Deemed Square Footage Clause in Contracts

Deemed Square Footage. The Rentable Area of the Premises is deemed to be the square footage set forth in Section 1.4 of this Lease as of the date hereof, and Rentable Area of the Building is deemed to be the square footage set forth in Section 1.5 hereof. Following any physical modifications to the Building, Landlord may from time to time and at Landlord’s option, re-measure the Rentable Area of the Premises and the Building, which determination shall be conclusive and thereon Tenant’s Proportionate Share shall be adjusted accordingly, but such adjustment shall not affect the Monthly Base Rent.
