Common use of Deemed Square Footage Clause in Contracts

Deemed Square Footage. The Rentable Area of the Leased Premises is deemed to be the square footage set forth in section 1.4 of this Lease as of the date hereof, and Rentable Area of the Building is deemed to be the square footage set forth in section 1.5 hereof. From time to time at Landlord’s option, Landlord may re-measure the Rentable Area of the Leased Premises and the Building on the parcel(s) containing the Building, which determination shall be conclusive and thereon Tenant’s Proportionate Share shall be adjusted accordingly.

Deemed Square Footage. The Rentable Area of the Leased Premises is deemed to be the square footage set forth in section Section 1.4 of this Lease as of the date hereof, and Rentable Area of the Building is deemed to be the square footage set forth in section Section 1.5 hereof.
