Default; Bankruptcy; Uncured Breach. (a) Either party may terminate this Agreement upon sixty (60) days' written notice for any material breach or default of the other party hereto including, without limitation, failure of Licensee to pay amounts due Licensor. Said notice shall become effective at the end of said period unless during said period the party in breach shall cure such breach or default.
