Default by Guarantor. The occurrence of any of the foregoing Events of Default with respect to any guarantor or endorser of the Liabilities as if such guarantor were a "Borrower" described therein.
Default by Guarantor. The occurrence of any of the foregoing Events of Default with respect to any guarantor or endorser of the Liabilities, or the occurrence of any of the foregoing Events of Default with respect to any parent, subsidiary, or Affiliate of any Borrower, as if such guarantor, endorser, parent, or Affiliate were a "Borrower" described therein.
Default by Guarantor. The failure by any GUARANTOR to satisfy any obligation imposed upon it in the GUARANTY AGREEMENTS.

Default by Guarantor. An event of default shall occur in the Guarantor's Credit Agreement as such may be amended, modified, superseded, replaced or restated, or modified or in any other agreement or document executed by Guarantor in favor of Bank.
Default by Guarantor. Any material default by Guarantor under the Guaranty or any other document executed by Guarantor in connection with this Agreement or any other agreement between Seller, Guarantor and Buyer, after the expiration of any applicable notice and cure periods.
