Section 10.11. 20 Employees on layoff status shall file their addresses in writing with the personnel office of the District 21 and shall thereafter promptly advise the District in writing of any change of address.

Section 10.11. 23 An employee on layoff status who rejects an offer of reemployment will be removed from layoff 24 status.
Section 10.11. 47 Temporary employees who become permanent shall have their seniority date adjusted to the 48 date they began temporary employment after completion of the probationary period.
