Defects in Title, Third Party Intellectual Property Rights. 4.1 Defects in title. A defect in title shall lie if the rights required for use of the Work Product in compliance with the relevant agreement have not been validly granted, in particular, if third party industrial property rights are infringed as a result of use in compliance with the Agreement.
