Common use of Defects of appointment Clause in Contracts

Defects of appointment. All acts done by any meeting of the Trustees shall, notwithstanding that it is afterwards discovered that there was some defect in the appointment of such Trustee, or that they were disqualified, be valid as if every such person had been duly appointed and was qualified to act.
