Where Term Less Than Agreement Term Where a provision of this collective agreement so provides, the provision shall be in effect for a term less than the term of the collective agreement.
Agreement Term This Agreement commences on the Effective Date and continues until terminated in compliance with this Clause.
Fixed Term Contract 1.1 The Customer shall use the following applicable Service Plan for the period specified in the Sales and Services Agreement (“Term”). The Term shall start from the service effective date.
TERM OF AGREEMENT/TERMINATION The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date hereof and such term and this Agreement shall terminate upon the earlier to occur of (i) the Effective Time, and (ii) the date on which the Merger Agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms.
