Defined Terms As used in this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings specified below:
Undefined Terms Unless the context otherwise provides or requires, capitalized terms used herein which are not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Loan Agreement; provided, however, that all references in the Loan Agreement to (a) “Obligations” shall, in addition to the definition set forth in the Loan Agreement include, but not be limited to, the duties and obligations of the Borrowers under this Amendment, and (b) “Loan Documents” shall, in addition to the definition set forth in the Loan Agreement include, but not be limited to, this Amendment and the documents and instruments to be delivered pursuant to this Amendment.

Common Areas - Definition The term "Common Areas" is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Industrial Center that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and of other lessees of the Industrial Center and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, sidewalks, walkways, parkways, driveways and landscaped areas.
Defined Terms; References Unless otherwise specifically defined herein, each term used herein which is defined in the Credit Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in the Credit Agreement. Each reference to "hereof", "hereunder", "herein" and "hereby" and each other similar reference and each reference to "this Agreement" and each other similar reference contained in the Credit Agreement shall, after this Amendment becomes effective, refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.

Definition of Rent All costs and expenses which Tenant assumes or agrees to pay to Landlord under this Lease shall be deemed additional rent (which, together with the Base Rent is sometimes referred to as the "Rent"). The Rent shall be paid to the Building manager (or other person) and at such place, as Landlord may from time to time designate in writing, without any prior demand therefor and without deduction or offset, in lawful money of the United States of America.
