Definition of Rent. All costs and expenses which Tenant assumes or agrees to pay to Landlord under this Lease shall be deemed additional rent (which, together with the Base Rent is sometimes referred to as the "Rent"). The Rent shall be paid to the Building manager (or other person) and at such place, as Landlord may from time to time designate in writing, without any prior demand therefor and without deduction or offset, in lawful money of the United States of America.

Definition of Rent. The term “Rent” shall refer collectively to Minimum Rent and Additional Rent. The term “Additional Rent” is sometimes used herein to refer to any and all other sums payable by Tenant hereunder, including, but not limited to, parking charges and sums payable on account of default by Tenant. Definition of Rent. Any amounts of money to be paid by Tenant to Landlord pursuant to the provisions of this Lease, whether or not such payments are denominated "Rent" and whether or not they are to be periodic or recurring, shall be deemed "Rent" for purposes of this Lease; and any failure to pay any of the same, as provided in Section 16.01 hereof, shall entitle Landlord to exercise all of the rights and remedies afforded hereby or by law for the collection and enforcement of Tenant's obligation to pay Rent. Tenant's obligation to pay any such Rent, pursuant to the provisions of this Lease, shall survive the expiration or other termination of this Lease and the surrender of possession of the Premises after any hold over period.
