DEFINING WIRE PARAMETERS. Each wire in a harness includes a set of parameters for cutting, stripping and marking. These parameters are available from Xxxxxxx supplied AutoStrip set up sheets and from manual operation of the markers and AutoStrip machines. The definition of each of these parameters is given in the operation section of the machine manual. Items like the mark message to be used and the users part number for a particular wire stock need to be defined by the user. It is recommended that a list of all of the parameters for each wire stock type be collected. This is done by stripping each wire stock type in the manual mode and recording the parameters that produce the optimum results. These parameters can then be entered into WirePro Harness Files for use as a master library of parameters. There are a large number of wire parameters in each Wire Record. Fortunately only a few of them are normally changed for processing wire. These parameters include: WIRE LENGTH RIGHT AND LEFT STRIP LENGTH RIGHT AND LEFT STRIP GAP RIGHT AND LEFT BACK BLADE RIGHT AND LEFT BELT PRESSURE STRIP DIAMETER STRIP DELAY Most other parameters can be ignored for most wires.  Parameters that are common to two or more wires may be copied on the Production window. There is no need to enter them more than once. Every wire has it’s own unique properties. It is easiest to determine the necessary strip parameters for a given wire stock type by manually setting the AutoStrip than it is to create a new set of parameters by running WirePro. Before creating a large Harness File for the first time it is good practice to first check the cut and strip parameters for each wire stock type on the AutoStrip. Record the AutoStrip parameters and then enter them into the Edit or Production window for the first wire of each wire stock type. Then simply use the Production window to create as many copies of this wire as is needed. This will save entering the strip parameters into multiple wires.  Determining the best set up for a particular wire stock is easiest when running the AutoStrip and programmable marker in the local, manual mode.  Save each new set of wire parameters as a harness with only one wire and in a harness that contains every wire stock type used. This way the data is always available for use in creating new harnesses.

  • Particular Methods of Procurement of Consultants’ Services 1. Quality- and Cost-based Selection. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 below, consultants’ services shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Quality and Cost-based Selection.

  • Business Continuity Planning Supplier shall prepare and maintain at no additional cost to Buyer a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”). Upon written request of Buyer, Supplier shall provide a copy of Supplier’s BCP. The BCP shall be designed to ensure that Supplier can continue to provide the goods and/or services in accordance with this Order in the event of a disaster or other BCP-triggering event (as such events are defined in the applicable BCP). Supplier’s BCP shall, at a minimum, provide for: (a) the retention and retrieval of data and files; (b) obtaining resources necessary for recovery, (c) appropriate continuity plans to maintain adequate levels of staffing required to provide the goods and services during a disruptive event; (d) procedures to activate an immediate, orderly response to emergency situations; (e) procedures to address potential disruptions to Supplier’s supply chain; (f) a defined escalation process for notification of Buyer, within two (2) business days, in the event of a BCP-triggering event; and (g) training for key Supplier Personnel who are responsible for monitoring and maintaining Supplier’s continuity plans and records. Supplier shall maintain the BCP and test it at least annually or whenever there are material changes in Supplier’s operations, risks or business practices. Upon Xxxxx’s written and reasonable request, Supplier shall provide Buyer an executive summary of test results and a report of corrective actions (including the timing for implementation) to be taken to remedy any deficiencies identified by such testing. Upon Xxxxx’s request and with reasonable advance notice and conducted in such a manner as not to unduly interfere with Supplier’s operations, Supplier shall give Buyer and its designated agents access to Supplier’s designated representative(s) with detailed functional knowledge of Supplier’s BCP and relevant subject matter.

  • BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN The Warrant Agent shall maintain plans for business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup capabilities and facilities designed to ensure the Warrant Agent’s continued performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, loss of production, loss of systems, loss of equipment, failure of carriers and the failure of the Warrant Agent’s or its supplier’s equipment, computer systems or business systems (“Business Continuity Plan”). Such Business Continuity Plan shall include, but shall not be limited to, testing, accountability and corrective actions designed to be promptly implemented, if necessary. In addition, in the event that the Warrant Agent has knowledge of an incident affecting the integrity or availability of such Business Continuity Plan, then the Warrant Agent shall, as promptly as practicable, but no later than twenty-four (24) hours (or sooner to the extent required by applicable law or regulation) after the Warrant Agent becomes aware of such incident, notify the Company in writing of such incident and provide the Company with updates, as deemed appropriate by the Warrant Agent under the circumstances, with respect to the status of all related remediation efforts in connection with such incident. The Warrant Agent represents that, as of the date of this Agreement, such Business Continuity Plan is active and functioning normally in all material respects.

  • Measuring EPP parameters Every 5 minutes, EPP probes will select one “IP address” of the EPP servers of the TLD being monitored and make an “EPP test”; every time they should alternate between the 3 different types of commands and between the commands inside each category. If an “EPP test” result is undefined/unanswered, the EPP service will be considered as unavailable from that probe until it is time to make a new test.

The On-Peak marks from day X-1 for July 2011 and August 2011 were $73.50/MWh and $76.50/MWh respectively. The day X On-Peak mark for July 2011 is set at 73.00 * [73.50] / [( (73.50 * 352) + (76.50 * 336) ) / (352+336) ] = 73 * (73.50/ 74.97) = $71.57/MWh. The day X On-Peak mark for August 2011 is set at 73.00 * [76.50] / [( (73.50 * 352) + (76.50*336) ) / (352+336) ] = 73 * (76.50 / 74.97) = $74.49/MWh. ▪ If the other month/months of the package quote is/are available, then the mark for the month will be set such that the average of the month and the other month(s) (weighted for either the On-Peak Hours or Off-Peak Hours as applicable) equals the packaged quote (see calculation example below).
