The Mark definition

The Mark means the U.S. registered certification and/or service mark obtained by the Department and granted to the Board and further licensed to those Signatory Handlers who certify and verify that their leafy green products have been grown, packed, shipped, processed and/or handled in accordance with the Best Practices, other Marketing Agreement requirements and any federal trademark registration requirements. The Mark. The Green Dot” on packaging means that, for such packaging, a financial contribution has been paid to a national packaging recovery company that has been set up in accordance with the principles defined in European Directive No. 94/62 and the corresponding national law.”

Examples of The Mark in a sentence

  • The Mark shall only be applied to a Product that complies with the Intertek Requirements and such Mark shall be applied as specified in the Listing Report.

  • The Mark- to-Market Exposure Amount will be stated on a present value basis by discounting using the then- prevailing LIBOR rate.

  • The Mark cannot be used on, or to describe products, including the packaging for such products, in any manner that implies the product itself is subject to or within the scope of R2 Certification.

  • The Mark is not to be displayed or otherwise used in any manner that suggests the endorsement or approval of Licensee or its products or services by Licensor.

  • The Mark includes the INTEROPERABLE attribute, unique client identifier, and no geographic identifier.

  • The Mark shall appear on all booking and information pages associated with SkySales booking products or on any publicly available application (e.g. web page, kiosk, etc.) which uses the NAVITAIRE Application Program Interfaces (APIs) for booking, check-in purposes and as otherwise specified by NAVITAIRE.

  • The graphical design of The Mark must be strictly adhered to and the image files of The Mark provided by The Open Group must be used, must always appear in the colors and font specified, and should never be altered in any way except it may be reduced in size.

  • The Mark must stand alone, be strictly adhered to, and be surrounded by a generous amount of space.

Related to The Mark

  • Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.

  • Service mark means a word, name, symbol, or device or any combination of a word, name, symbol, or device, used by a person to identify services and to distinguish the services of that person, including a unique service, from the services of others, and to indicate the source of the services, even if that source is unknown. Titles, character names used by a person, and other distinctive features of radio or television programs may be registered as service marks notwithstanding that they, or the programs, may advertise the goods of a sponsor.

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.

  • Licensed Trademark means those Trademarks set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and such other Trademarks as may be designated by NovaDel in writing from time to time, and any registrations of the foregoing and pending applications relating thereto.

  • Trade Marks mean registered Trade Marks and Trade ▇▇▇▇ applications and include any sign or logo, or combination of signs and/or logos capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one undertaking from those of another undertaking;
