Definition Of and Entitlement To Lieu Days. When a Paid Holiday (or day in lieu thereof) falls on an employee's day of rest, the employee shall be entitled to a day off work with pay in lieu of the holiday observed. The scheduling of such paid time off work in lieu (lieu day) shall be subject to mutual agreement between the employee and the Employer.
