PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP, REGISTRATION AND LICENCE FEES. Where provided in the job description, the Employer requires an employee to acquire or maintain membership in, and/or registration/licensing through his professional association, then it shall reimburse the employee for membership, registration and/or license fees paid in order to meet this requirement. For new employees, this reimbursement will apply for renewals only.

PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP, REGISTRATION AND LICENCE FEES. The Employer shall fully reimburse an Employee for payment by the Employee of membership, registration or licence fees to an organization or governing body which establishes standards for or otherwise regulates the Employee's profession or type of work performed by the Employee. No such membership, registration or licensing shall be established by the Employer as a condition of employment or as a job requirement, except in accordance with the provisions of Article 12, in which case the Employer shall pay all costs for the acquisition and maintenance of any such membership, registration or licence fees for eligible Employees.
PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP, REGISTRATION AND LICENCE FEES. 32.01 The Employer shall reimburse an employee for their payment of membership, professional dues/fees, liability insurance, and registration fees (not including driver’s licenses) to an organization or governing body when the maintenance of such membership, professional dues or fees is a requirement of the performance of the duties of their position as required by the Employer.

  • Expenses of Registration All expenses incurred in connection with registrations, filings or qualifications pursuant to Sections 2 and 3, including, without limitation, all registration, listing and qualifications fees, printers, legal and accounting fees shall be paid by the Company.

  • Registration of Agreement The registration of License agreements should be done within 30 days of signing of agreement, the licensee/ lessee (registration fees, stamp duty etc to be fully borne by the licensee/lessee) and the duly registered documents to be submitted to Maha-Metro for records. Any amendment in the contract agreement, if required to be registered, shall also be registered within 30 days from the date of amendment and duly registered documents shall be submitted to Maha-Metro for record. In case the registration of the license/lease agreement /amendment is not done within the 30 days of signing of license/lease agreement/ amendment, it shall be treated as “Material Breach of Contract”. The Licensee will be given 30 days time to cure the defaults In case Licensee fail to remedify the default to the satisfaction of the Maha-Metro within the cure period, Maha-Metro may terminate the License agreement after expiry of cure period duly forfeiting the security deposit/ any other amount paid by Licensee.

  • Registration Fees 39.01 The Employer shall reimburse an employee for the employee’s payment of membership or registration fees to organizations or governing bodies when the payment of such fees is a requirement for the continuation of the performance of the duties of his or her position, or for professional development or certification purposes.

  • Voter Registration: When designated by the Secretary of State Party agrees to become a voter registration agency as defined by 17 V.S.A. §2103 (41), and to comply with the requirements of state and federal law pertaining to such agencies.
