Definition of Boeing. For purposes of this Article 8.2, the term “Boeing” includes The Boeing Company, its divisions, any wholly-owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company which is assigned any rights or obligations in accordance with Section 9.1 of the AGTA, the permitted assignees under the Purchase Agreement, provided that such assignees or subsidiaries have performed services under the Customer Support Document to the AGTA and Supplemental Exhibit CS1 to the Purchase Agreement, and their respective directors, officers and employees.”
