Definition of Client Day a. A client day shall commence at 12:01 a.m. of each calendar day. A client day shall include any part of a day, whether the County’s client is present for the full day or any part of a day in Contractor’s licensed facility(ies).

  • Definition of Shifts (a) A shift starting on or after 6:00 a.m., but before 9:00 a.m. is a day shift.

The Providing Unit must be exporting Active Power to the Power System and must remain connected to the Power System for at least 15 minutes following the Fault Disturbance.

  • Specific Definitions The following terms used in this Agreement shall have the following meanings:
