Definition of Conflict. For the purposes of this clause 48, Conflict means any matter, circumstance, interest, or activity affecting a Party (including the officers, employees, agents and subcontractors of the Party) which may impair the ability of the Party (Affected Party) to carry out its part of the Activities diligently and independently in accordance with this agreement.
