For the purpose of Section 8.1, the term “Customer” includes American Airlines, Inc., its divisions, any wholly-owned subsidiary of American Airlines, Inc. which is assigned any rights or delegated any duties as permitted under the Purchase Agreement, the permitted assignees under the Purchase Agreement, and their respective directors, officers and employees.
