Definition of Lump-Sum Sample Clauses

Definition of Lump-Sum. A Lump-Sum means a single payment and includes, but is not limited to, a "lump-sum distribution" under Code §402(e)(4)(D). If the Employer in its Adoption Agreement elects to limit distributions to a Lump-Sum, all Plan distributions must be made in this form, including all RMDs under Section 6.02.
