Common use of Definition of Substantial Completion of the Tenant Improvements Clause in Contracts

Definition of Substantial Completion of the Tenant Improvements. For purposes of this Section 5, “Substantial Completion of the Tenant Improvements” shall mean completion of construction of the Tenant Improvements in the Premises pursuant to the Approved Construction Drawings, with the exception of any punch list items. For purposes of this Section 5, “Substantial Completion of the Tenant Improvements” shall mean completion of construction of the Tenant Improvements in the Premises pursuant to the Approved Construction DrawingsWorking Drawings as evidenced by a Certificate of Completion from the Architect, with the exception of any punch list itemsitems and any tenant fixtures, work-stations, built-in furniture, or equipment to be installed by Tenant or under the supervision of Contractor. SECTION 56

For purposes of this Section 5, “Substantial Completion of the Tenant Improvements” shall mean completion of construction of the Tenant Improvements in the Premises pursuant to the Approved Construction DrawingsWorking Drawings as evidenced by a Certificate of Completion from the Architect, with the exception of any punch list items. SECTION 5items and any tenant fixtures, work-stations, built-in furniture, or equipment to be installed by Tenant or under the supervision of Contractor.
