Definition of the Target Neighborhood. The footprint of the IEPNI target area resides within the Near Eastside and Martindale-Brightwood communities. It is the home of 20,588 residents and is bounded by Xxxxxxx/Massachusetts Avenues to the east, Xxx Xxxx/Xxxxxxxx xxx Xxxx 00xx Xxxxxxx to the south, Xxxxx/ Xxxxxxxx/Xxxxxxx/Hillside/Xxxx Avenues and Dearborn Street to the west and 30th and 38th Streets to the north. The target area matches the School boundaries for Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Brookside, and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx Elementary Schools. Should the boundaries for these schools change, the target area will correspondingly change to include the additional areas of the community covered by these schools.

Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.

  • Orientation and In-Service Program The Hospital recognizes the need for a Hospital Orientation Program of such duration as it may deem appropriate taking into consideration the needs of the Hospital and the nurses involved.

  • Cooperation on Preventing End User Fraud The Parties agree to cooperate fully with one another to investigate, minimize, prevent, and take corrective action in cases of fraud.

  • Multiple Measures of Student Learning Measures must include a combination of classroom, school and district assessments, student growth percentiles on state assessments, if state assessments are available, and student MEPA gain scores. This definition may be revised as required by regulations or agreement of the parties upon issuance of ESE guidance expected by July 2012.

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.

  • Implementation of Strategic Plan Goals This Agreement supports the County’s Strategic Plan, Goal 1, Operational Effectiveness/Fiscal Sustainability. This Agreement will provide revenue reimbursement to the Department for services rendered.
