Definition of the Working Group. (WG) The Working Group is in charge of carrying out the support activities. The WG works in team using the collaborative environment set up as result of T1.5. It can be further divided in work teams for accomplish well-defined sub-tasks. The WG consults the expert groups on specific issues. This task aims to set up an effective Working Group assuring that the human resources effort is adequate to the project both in quantity (person-months allocated to CYCLOPS) and quality (expertise of single members and of the WG as a whole). At most one person for each partner is member of the WG, while other members will be selected externally to the Consortium. The WG is defined taking into account the proposals of each partner. It is responsibility of the PMB to manage the evolution of the WG during the project extension. The list of participants will be provided in the Quarterly Reports.

In brief, maintenance involves servicing, repairs, and testing of lights and LV systems. This involves carrying out maintenance on electrical equipment such as LV DBs, electrical plant, wiring enclosures and luminaires and associated control systems, portable appliances and other specific electrical equipment, in order to minimize downtime, and ensure that the equipment performs at optimal levels and functions to specification at the specified areas. Servicing - performing routine preventive maintenance as prescribed by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), ACSA’s planned maintenance routines, and applicable legal and design standards. Repairs – responding to breakdowns, callouts and restoring the equipment to safe working conditions on an as and when basis. Advisory – telephonically guiding airport electricians under emergency situations to ensure systems are safely shutdown or returned to service within stringent times. System Performance Test – Testing equipment performance against the OEM, ACSA, and statutory requirements for compliance and return to service purposes. Extent of the works The Contractor will be fully responsible for meeting all requirements in this document regarding the Works. For each piece of equipment, all work will be carried out to standards as required by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) as well as any applicable governing law and/or regulations. Where OEM standards differ from those required by this document the more stringent requirement shall apply. The Contractor will be fully responsible for obtaining (and keeping up to date with) said requirements. The proposed minimum scheduled maintenance activities can be found in annex H.

  • Definition of Grievance A grievance shall be defined as any difference arising out of the interpretation, application, administration, or alleged violation of the Collective Agreement.

  • Definition of Working Days Working day" as used in the Grievance and Arbitration procedure shall mean a day other than Saturday, Sunday or a recognized holiday.

  • Overtime Work Definition Overtime for non-exempt employees working any work schedule is actual time worked in excess of forty (40) hours per workweek.

  • PROJECT DEFINITIONS The following capitalized terms have the meanings assigned below for purposes of Exhibits A and B.

  • Implementation of the Agreement Regulations of this Agreement relating to investments who investors of one Contracting Party realized before or after the entry into force of this Agreement, with what shall apply from the moment of its entry into force, provided that such investments conducted in accordance with the laws of that Party Contracting.
