Definition of Third Watch. 12:00 p.m. (noon) to 8:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. shifts are to be defined as third watch shifts. An employee who works such a shift, however, will only be eligible for night shift differential pursuant to the terms of Section 15.08.
